At Seiko Boutique Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our dedicated customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch, including all original tags, protective films, warranty booklets, and any promotional gifts, back into the original Seiko presentation box and secure it in a shipping carton.
Ship to Boutique
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our Dublin facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
